- Located on South Padre Island, this Best Western is 1 block from the most beautiful beach in Texas. A canal and cove are directly behind our 18 king suites that feature two 25" televisions, two telephones, desk, king bed, sofa sleeper and a patio balcony with table and chairs. Included in all 60 rooms are a microwave, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, voice mail, dataport in phone and cable TV, 72 channels plus HBO®. Our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi® are open year round. A guest laundry is available on site. We invite our guests to borrow free fishing equipment from the front desk and fish with the kids off our back deck. Complimentary continental breakfast is served 7 days a week in our lobby. Two restaurants are a block away and the convention center is just down the boulevard.
